Six-month fixed-term role for a planning associate within a major London real estate team. The planning team advises on planning law for large, multi‑use developments, infrastructure projects and regeneration schemes, including negotiating planning agreements and handling appeals and inquiries.

The role involves negotiating s106 and other development‑related agreements, advising on community infrastructure levy, heritage and highways matters, supporting transactional due diligence and contributing to planning elements of documentation. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available.

Approximately 3+ years' post‑qualification experience (or equivalent experience) in planning law.
Strong technical planning experience: s106 agreements, CIL, heritage/listed building issues, highways and development agreements; experience of inquiries/hearings desirable.
Excellent drafting and written communication skills; ability to support transactional teams and supervise junior colleagues.
Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree) and proven client‑facing skills.
