The role offers exposure to high-profile work across energy, transport, utilities and regeneration sectors, and involves matters such as development consenting, compulsory acquisition, EIA/HRA, inquiries/examinations and judicial review. The team operates across multiple offices and supports hybrid and flexible working patterns.
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Law Society of Scotland‑registered lawyer
- At least 3 years' post‑qualification planning experience (associate/senior associate level)
- Practical experience in town & country planning, development consenting, compulsory purchase and/or compensation matters
- Familiarity with EIA/HRA, inquiry/examination practice and judicial review desirable
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a complex, varied workload
