Join a market-leading planning and compulsory purchase team advising public and private sector clients across the UK. The team covers the full development lifecycle, from consenting strategy through to delivery, and works on major infrastructure and built-environment projects.

The role offers exposure to high-profile work across energy, transport, utilities and regeneration sectors, and involves matters such as development consenting, compulsory acquisition, EIA/HRA, inquiries/examinations and judicial review. The team operates across multiple offices and supports hybrid and flexible working patterns.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Law Society of Scotland‑registered lawyer
At least 3 years' post‑qualification planning experience (associate/senior associate level)
Practical experience in town & country planning, development consenting, compulsory purchase and/or compensation matters
Familiarity with EIA/HRA, inquiry/examination practice and judicial review desirable
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a complex, varied workload
