Experienced planning lawyer sought to join a well-regarded national practice advising public and private sector clients on land use, planning permissions and zoning matters. The role will involve delivering regulatory advice, drafting submissions and representing clients on planning applications and related procedures.

The team operates from multiple UK offices and is looking for a candidate comfortable working collaboratively across offices, supporting a mix of local authority and developer instructions. This is a hands-on role with client contact and practical project involvement.

Qualified solicitor, chartered town planner or equivalent planning qualification, or working toward qualification.
Practical experience in planning, land use or zoning matters (advice on applications, consents, permits or development management).
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills.
Ability to work with teams across multiple UK offices and manage competing priorities.
