Post-Clerk Litigation Associate — Washington, DC

High-caliber litigation team in Washington, DC is seeking a post-clerk associate to join its appellate-focused practice in 2026. The role provides structured training, mentorship and exposure to complex appellate and trial-related litigation. Candidates will work on research-intensive matters, draft briefs and motions, and participate in strategic case planning alongside experienced litigators.

• Recent (or prior) federal or state judicial clerkship preferred
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical ability
