Post‑Clerkship Associate — Litigation, San Francisco

Join a busy San Francisco litigation team as a post‑clerkship associate. This role is aimed at candidates coming out of federal or state clerkships who want to transition into high‑stakes commercial litigation work in a top national practice.

You will work on fact development, motion practice, discovery management, legal research and drafting, and trial preparation alongside experienced litigators. The group offers close mentor support, significant hands‑on responsibility, and exposure to complex, multi‑party matters.

• Recent federal or state judicial clerkship (completed or nearing completion).
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to, or eligibility for, the California bar.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Interest in complex commercial litigation, discovery, and motion practice.
• Strong teamwork and client‑service orientation; ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
