Senior Practice Development Lawyer role supporting a large Real Estate practice. The post sits alongside the managing practice-development lead and will provide technical know‑how, training, precedent management and legal research across the breadth of the team.

This is a permanent role offering hybrid working (London / Milton Keynes / virtual options) with responsibility for producing client briefings and practice notes, delivering training, revising and automating precedents, managing third‑party suppliers and contributing to innovation and risk‑management projects.

Qualified in England & Wales with substantial Real Estate sector experience or proven PDL background.
Strong drafting skills and demonstrable experience creating, revising and automating precedents and practice notes.
Excellent legal research, analytical skills and ability to translate legal developments into practical guidance.
Experience preparing and delivering training to fee‑earners and clients; confident communicator who engages across seniority levels.
Ability to manage third‑party suppliers, identify and mitigate risk, and work with limited supervision.
