Apply in confidence →Senior Practice Development Lawyer role supporting a large Real Estate practice. The post sits alongside the managing practice-development lead and will provide technical know‑how, training, precedent management and legal research across the breadth of the team.
This is a permanent role offering hybrid working (London / Milton Keynes / virtual options) with responsibility for producing client briefings and practice notes, delivering training, revising and automating precedents, managing third‑party suppliers and contributing to innovation and risk‑management projects.
- Qualified in England & Wales with substantial Real Estate sector experience or proven PDL background.
- Strong drafting skills and demonstrable experience creating, revising and automating precedents and practice notes.
- Excellent legal research, analytical skills and ability to translate legal developments into practical guidance.
- Experience preparing and delivering training to fee‑earners and clients; confident communicator who engages across seniority levels.
- Ability to manage third‑party suppliers, identify and mitigate risk, and work with limited supervision.
