Apply in confidence →Experienced Residential Property practice development lawyer needed to join a national, client-facing real estate team. The role focuses on knowledge management, training delivery, innovation and business‑development support to fee-earners handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, equity release, shared ownership, lease work and other complex title transactions).
You will sit within a multi-disciplinary Practice Development function and work collaboratively across offices to maintain up-to-date technical guidance, deliver training, help embed legal technology (including AI tools), horizon-scan legal and market changes, and contribute to client-facing content and awards submissions.
The role offers location flexibility with some travel between offices and is available full- or part-time. A current practising certificate is required.
- Qualified solicitor with strong experience in residential property law; experience as a Practice Development Lawyer desirable or a fee‑earner seeking a move into PDL.
- Practical knowledge of residential conveyancing and ability to handle technical legal queries.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training and producing legal content for internal and external audiences.
- Interest in knowledge management, legal technology and innovation (including AI); strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Valid practising certificate for work in the UK.
