Practice Innovation Attorney — Corporate, Brussels

Join a well-established international law firm’s Brussels corporate team as a Practice Innovation Attorney focused on transactional work and corporate governance. This role sits at the intersection of legal practice and process improvement, helping to develop smarter ways to deliver corporate legal services across the office and wider network.

The successful candidate will work closely with corporate lawyers on deal execution, documentation standards, knowledge management and workflow design, and will support adoption of new tools and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency in client work.

• Law degree with experience in corporate transactional matters and corporate governance.
• Practical experience in legal project management, process improvement or practice/knowledge innovation within a corporate law environment.
• Strong drafting and project coordination skills; comfortable working with lawyers and technologists to implement new processes and tools.
• Eligibility to practise in Belgium or equivalent credentials allowing work in Brussels.
