Leading international law firm is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to support its Intellectual Property team in Brussels. This role focuses on applying technology, process design and novel delivery models to improve IP service offerings across Europe.

The successful candidate will work on cross-border IP matter workflows, build practical tools and playbooks, develop automation and knowledge-management assets, and coordinate training for fee-earners. The position involves close collaboration with partners, knowledge, and technology teams to translate substantive IP expertise into repeatable, scalable solutions.

Qualified attorney with demonstrable experience in intellectual property law (in-house or law firm).
Familiarity with legal technology, automation tools, or knowledge-management systems.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills; experience translating legal work into processes or tools.
Fluent English; additional European language(s) an advantage.
