The successful candidate will work with litigators to design and implement practice-improvement initiatives, support matter efficiency projects, and contribute to technology and knowledge-management efforts that improve client service.
This is a hands-on role for a lawyer who combines litigation experience with an interest in legal project management, process design and legal technology.
- Law degree and bar admission, or eligibility to practice in Belgium or the relevant jurisdiction.
- Practical litigation experience (bench, firm or in-house) and familiarity with litigation workflows.
- Experience or strong interest in legal process improvement, project management, or legal tech implementation.
- Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder-management skills in a multilingual environment.
- Comfort working collaboratively across practice groups and with knowledge/IT teams.
