Join a national law firm’s Newport Beach office as a Practice Innovation Attorney focused on integrating artificial intelligence and emerging legal technologies into attorney workflows. The role combines solution design, user enablement, pilot programs and hands-on technical support to increase efficiency and improve client outcomes.

You will partner with practice groups and cross-functional teams to identify high-value AI use cases, build customized workflows and playbooks, lead training and adoption efforts, and serve as a primary point of contact for an "AI as a Service" support program. The role also involves evaluating tools, monitoring market trends, and contributing to firm-wide innovation initiatives.

This is a hybrid, U.S.-based position that will collaborate with colleagues across offices and may require occasional flexibility for international coordination.

Juris Doctor (JD) required.
Approximately 2 years of legal, research, or legal-technology experience in a law firm or comparable legal environment.
Demonstrated fluency with legal technology and AI (including generative AI/LLMs) and experience translating capabilities into practical use cases.
Experience designing or implementing technology solutions and delivering training to drive user adoption.
Strong communication, facilitation and collaboration skills; service-oriented with hands-on technical support ability.
Organized, data-informed, and able to manage multiple priorities across teams.
