Join a global employment practice as the Practice Innovation Lawyer embedded in the Employment & Compensation group. You will combine employment law expertise with legal‑innovation skills to design and deliver technology‑enabled solutions that improve legal service delivery and client experience.

The role leads innovation projects for the employment practice, working with practice leadership, lawyers and cross‑functional teams to develop pilots, workflows and change programs that drive adoption of AI, automation and process improvements. You will be client facing and support pitches and client conversations where innovation adds value.

This is a hands‑on role: you will run proof‑of‑concepts, implement workflows, measure adoption and embed sustainable change across the practice while sharing learnings across a global innovation network.

Qualified lawyer with solid private practice or in‑house employment experience
Practical experience or demonstrable interest in legal innovation, legal technology, AI and process improvement
Working knowledge of leading generative AI tools and experience designing or implementing AI/legal tech workflows
Proven project management skills and experience leading cross‑functional teams; client‑facing experience desirable
Strong communication, stakeholder management, design thinking and change management capabilities
