The team advises on clinical negligence, patient safety, consent to treatment, mental health and child law, working closely with healthcare professionals and public-sector clients.
The role involves managing a mixed caseload of litigated and pre‑litigation clinical negligence claims, conducting investigations, instructing experts, and liaising with claimants, counsel and client stakeholders. There is scope to lead client-facing initiatives, develop junior lawyers and contribute to business development and operational matters.

- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with around 5 years' PQE.
- Experience managing complex defendant clinical negligence claims; NHS Resolution experience desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of CPR, clinical negligence procedure and evidential investigation.
- Proven ability to supervise junior staff, meet targets and lead client-facing initiatives; excellent communication and organisational skills.
