The team handles complex disputes across adjudication, arbitration and litigation, acting for public bodies, contractors and corporate clients in the energy, infrastructure and built‑environment sectors.
The role involves leading your own matters, supervising and developing junior lawyers, and providing strategic commercial advice on project delivery, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution. You will work closely with national and international colleagues across related practice groups to support team growth and business development.

- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with c.6 years’ post‑qualification experience
- Significant contentious construction and engineering disputes experience
- Strong technical contract interpretation skills and practical commercial judgement
- Proven ability to manage matters and mentor junior fee‑earners; effective oral and written advocacy across dispute resolution forums
