A senior non-contentious construction lawyer role within a large, international practice. The team advises on major energy, infrastructure and built-environment projects across the UK and internationally, handling both regional and cross-border matters.

The post-holder will lead client work, manage matter teams, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development and the strategic direction of the group. The role offers clear progression support toward future senior leadership positions and access to international project work.

Minimum 7 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law.
Strong technical experience on major construction and engineering projects; familiarity with NEC, FIDIC and JCT forms.
Proven ability to handle own matters, supervise junior fee-earners and manage teams.
Commercial client-facing skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and demonstrable business development experience.
