Join a national healthcare regulatory and professional discipline team that acts for medical defence organisations, insurers and private clients on regulatory, disciplinary, coronial and criminal matters. The team handles GDC/GMC investigations, inquests, police investigations and Trust disciplinary cases.

This role is based in Leeds and involves taking responsibility for a caseload with minimal supervision, conducting advocacy at pre-inquest reviews and inquests where appropriate, supervising junior fee-earners, and contributing to client reporting and business development.

Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2–5 years PQE
Practical experience advising on healthcare regulator investigations (GMC, GDC or equivalent)
Advocacy experience and comfort appearing at hearings and inquests
Proven ability to manage cases independently, meet targets and produce client MI/reports
Strong communication, organisation, analytical and IT skills; collaborative team player with commercial awareness
