The role involves leading on complex advisory and transactional matters including benefit specifications, risk‑transfer exercises (buy‑ins/buy‑outs), scheme documentation, restructurings, wind ups and investment‑related work, while supervising junior lawyers and working with other specialist teams.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 6+ years' PQE in UK pensions law
Proven experience advising trustees and sponsoring employers, including leading large strategic projects and risk‑transfer work
Strong drafting, technical legal skills and attention to detail in scheme documentation and benefit specifications
Experience supervising junior lawyers and working collaboratively across practice groups
Track record of client development, presenting seminars and writing technical materials
