Private Companies Associate — Corporate (Los Angeles)

Senior associate role on a busy private companies team advising early-stage and growth-stage technology and high-growth companies and their investors. You will handle venture financings, general corporate matters across growth cycles, and liquidity events while working alongside a national platform of private companies practitioners.

The team offers substantial client-facing responsibility and opportunities to develop a practice, contribute to thought leadership and present externally. The group works on a high-volume, market-leading slate of emerging growth matters in a collaborative environment.

• 4–6 years' experience in a corporate practice with substantial work for early-stage and growth-stage companies
• Strong experience with venture capital financings and liquidity transactions
• Background at a national or international law firm corporate group
• Excellent academic credentials and demonstrable commercial judgment
