Private Companies Attorney — Corporate (Los Angeles)

Seeking a 4th–6th year associate to join a busy private companies team advising emerging growth and venture‑backed companies and their investors. The role focuses on counseling clients across the growth lifecycle, with significant involvement in venture financings and liquidity events.

Responsibilities include managing deal work, supporting investors and founders on corporate matters, and contributing to the practice by developing a personal book of work, participating in speaking and thought leadership, and helping grow the private companies platform.
