An established US law firm is seeking a 3rd–6th year corporate attorney to join its private equity/M&A practice in Boston. The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on buyouts, mergers and related transactions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and ancillary transaction documents; supporting fund and portfolio-company workstreams; and acting as an extension of client business teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

3–6 years post-qualification experience in private equity and M&A
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating purchase & merger agreements, LLC/LP agreements and ancillary transaction documents

Prior large-firm private equity experience and strong academic credentials
