Private Equity Associate — Corporate, Brussels

Seeking a 3rd–6th year corporate attorney to join a global firm’s private equity team in Brussels. The role supports private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions and related fund matters in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Day‑to‑day work includes drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and ancillary transaction documents, and acting as an extension of client deal teams. The team values strong commercial judgment, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters.

• 3–6 years PQE in private equity and M&A at a large law firm
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating purchase/merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and related transaction documents
• Excellent drafting, analytical, interpersonal and project‑management skills
• Strong academic credentials and ability to work effectively with client teams in a fast‑paced environment
