Private Equity Associate — Corporate (Palo Alto / San Francisco)

Seeking a 3–6 year private equity associate to join a large, international corporate practice based in the Bay Area. The role focuses on advising strategic buyers, sellers and private equity sponsors on M&A and PE transactions across technology and growth-oriented industries.

Associates will run transactions from diligence through closing, draft and negotiate deal documents, manage due diligence and work closely with partners and deal teams. The position offers hybrid Bay Area office presence with collaborative firm resources and formal professional development.

• JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in California.
• 3–6 years’ experience handling private equity and/or M&A transactions, preferably at a leading corporate or AmLaw 100 firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management experience; excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on fast-paced, complex deals.
