The role focuses on advising strategic and financial buyers and sellers on a range of PE and M&A transactions in a fast-growing market, with opportunities for substantive deal work and client-facing responsibility.

JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in Georgia
3–6 years’ experience focused on private equity and/or M&A at a leading corporate law firm (AmLaw 100 experience preferred)
Strong drafting, negotiation and legal research skills; attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication, teamwork and client-management abilities
