International law firm seeks a Private Equity associate to join its Frankfurt corporate team. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic PE transactions across the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, portfolio-company work and exits in the mid- and large-cap space.

Qualified German attorney (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent
Practical experience in private equity and M&A transactions
Strong academic record and commercial awareness
Fluent English and good German; collaborative team player
