Top-tier global law firm seeking an associate to join its Private Equity / M&A group in the New York office. The role involves working on private equity transactions and related corporate matters across multiple sectors and jurisdictions as part of a collaborative, cross-border team.

The team advises sponsors, portfolio companies and corporate counterparties on buyouts, exits and strategic investments. The position offers exposure to complex, market-leading deals and close collaboration with senior lawyers across offices worldwide.

Admission to the New York bar required.
Preferred graduation years: 2020–2022.
