Leading international law firm seeks a partner to build and lead a growth-focused private equity practice from its US platform. The role offers significant autonomy to originate work, develop client relationships and shape a high-growth team within an established global platform.

The position involves cross-border and domestic private equity and M&A matters, and will suit a partner who enjoys both transactional deal work and practice development. There is existing but limited infrastructure in the US, so this is an opportunity to be a visible builder and practice leader.
