Private Equity Senior Associate — London

Senior associate role within a busy private equity practice in London, working across private M&A, buyouts, GP-led transactions, secondaries, co-investments and joint ventures. The team acts for private equity houses, institutional investors and corporates across multiple sectors.

Role involves leading aspects of transactions, drafting and negotiating equity documentation (investment agreements, articles of association) and managing matter workflow. The post works within a collaborative, global practice and contributes to firm-wide responsible business initiatives.

The team offers hybrid working (up to c.40% remote), flexible patterns and a structured programme of training and development.

• 5–10 years' post-qualification experience (or equivalent).
• Proven private equity transactional experience, including drafting/negotiating investment agreements and articles of association.
• Strong corporate/M&A technical skills, excellent drafting and written communication.
• Project management skills, commercial awareness, good attention to detail and proven ability to work to deadlines in a team and client-facing environment.
