Growing private funds team at a major international firm seeks a mid‑to‑senior‑level Private Funds Associate to support fund formation and related work for private equity, real estate, credit and other illiquid-asset funds. The role involves advising on fund structuring, capital raising and associated transactional and regulatory matters.

Successful candidates will join a multi‑jurisdictional practice and collaborate with teams across U.S. offices. The position may be based in New York (other U.S. office locations are possible) and requires admission and good standing in the hiring jurisdiction.

Meaningful fund formation experience advising on private equity, real estate, credit or other illiquid-asset funds
Experience with fund structuring, capital raising and related legal issues
