Pro Bono Associate — Richmond, VA

Well-established national law firm seeks a full-time, salaried pro bono associate to join its Richmond office in a hybrid capacity. The role will provide direct client services to vulnerable populations and include oversight of a neighborhood pro bono office in the Richmond area.

Key responsibilities include conducting client intake and eligibility assessments, providing Spanish-language assistance and translation, monitoring an intake phone line, and consulting with clients on family-law matters. This position is benefits-eligible and available for immediate start.

• Juris Doctor and active membership in the Virginia bar
• Fluency in Spanish and strong oral/written communication skills
• Prior experience in family law and working with vulnerable populations
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule splitting time between a local office, the neighborhood pro bono site, and remote work
