Products Liability Associate — Atlanta

Seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate to join a busy products liability group in Atlanta. The role focuses on defense-side matters involving products, pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical malpractice litigation.

Successful candidates will work on motion practice, discovery, deposition and trial preparation, and client-facing document drafting in a fast-paced practice. The team values strong writing, solid academics, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

• Minimum 2 years litigation experience with exposure to products liability, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical, or medical device litigation
• Active bar admission in the State of Georgia required
• Strong academic record and excellent legal writing skills
• Experience preparing for depositions and trials; able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
