Products Liability Associate Attorney Philadelphia

Seeking a litigation associate to join a busy products liability team in the Philadelphia office of a national AmLaw 100 firm. The role involves all phases of products liability litigation, with regular opportunities to handle discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, arbitrations and trials.

The team represents manufacturers, distributors and retailers across a broad range of industries, and the position offers exposure to regional and national coordinated matters. The group is collaborative and open to candidates with substantive litigation experience who are developing a products liability focus.

• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in products liability
• Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars required
• Proven research and writing skills; experience with motion practice and managing discovery
• Comfort with depositions, hearings, arbitration and courtroom work
