Products Liability Associate — Litigation, Atlanta

Growing litigation team in Atlanta seeks a junior to mid-level products liability associate to join its products/devices and healthcare litigation practice. The role focuses on defense-side litigation involving products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and related medical malpractice matters.

The position offers hands-on litigation experience including drafting, deposition and trial preparation in a fast-paced practice. The team values strong academic credentials, excellent writing, and candidates who are client-focused and able to manage competing priorities.

• Admission to the Georgia bar (required)
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in products liability, medical malpractice, medical devices or pharmaceutical litigation
• Strong academic record and excellent legal writing skills
• Experience preparing for trials and taking/defending depositions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
