Mid-level litigation opening for an experienced products liability associate to join a national trial team. The role focuses on defense-side products liability work across regulated and consumer industries, including management of discovery, expert interaction, and motion practice in multi-district and coordinated proceedings.

The team handles matters connected to automotive/AV, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, IoT and related technologies. The position offers collaboration across U.S. offices, structured professional development, and mentorship programs to support advancement.

3–5 years' litigation experience with a primary focus on products liability
Experience drafting briefs and correspondence, responding to written discovery, and managing document collection/production
Deposition and oral advocacy experience; familiarity with taking/defending expert witness depositions and interviewing experts
Experience with causation/failure analysis and working in multidistrict litigation or coordinated state proceedings
Excellent written and oral communication, strong case-management skills, and a collaborative team approach
Active bar membership in California, Colorado, Washington or New York (or eligibility)
