Top-tier litigation team in New York is seeking a 4th–6th year associate to join its Products Liability & Mass Torts practice. The role involves substantive involvement across complex civil litigation matters, including MDLs and multi‑jurisdictional disputes.

Successful candidates will work on all phases of litigation: motion practice, discovery management, witness interviews, drafting pleadings and briefs, deposition preparation and participation, and trial/arbitration support. The group handles high‑profile, large‑scale matters and offers significant courtroom and trial-preparation exposure.

4–6 years of post-qualification litigation experience (civil litigation/products liability preferred)
Demonstrated motion practice, discovery management, deposition and trial-preparation experience
Strong drafting and written advocacy skills (pleadings, briefs, memos)
Experience with MDLs, multi-jurisdiction litigation or mass torts is a plus; federal litigation experience preferred
Clerkship(s) and excellent academic credentials preferred
