Products Liability & Mass Torts Associate — San Francisco

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a national litigation practice in San Francisco focusing on product liability and mass tort matters. The role offers hands-on work across complex civil litigation, including MDLs and multi-jurisdictional litigation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include motion practice, discovery management, drafting and editing pleadings and briefs, witness interviews, deposition preparation and participation, and trial/arbitration support. The team values strong trial and courtroom experience and offers opportunities to work on high-profile, complex matters.

The listed San Francisco salary range for this role is $310,000–$390,000 (firm’s stated range at time of posting). Actual offer will depend on experience and qualifications.

• 4–6 years of civil litigation experience, with product liability or mass tort experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with motion practice, depositions, discovery management, and trial preparation
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills (pleadings, briefs, memos)
• Experience in MDLs or multi-jurisdiction litigation a plus; courtroom/arbitration exposure preferred
• Clerkship is a plus; excellent academic credentials
