Products Liability & Mass Torts Associate — Washington, D.C.

Leading national litigation team seeks a mid‑level associate to join its Products Liability & Mass Torts practice in Washington, D.C. The role involves hands‑on work across complex, high‑stakes litigation matters, including motion practice, discovery management, deposition preparation and trial support.

Ideal candidates will draft and edit pleadings, briefs and witness interview memoranda, conduct witness interviews and take or defend depositions. Experience supporting trial teams and participating in arbitrations or multi‑jurisdiction proceedings (including MDLs) is highly desirable. Federal clerkship experience is a plus.

• 4–6 years’ complex litigation experience (product liability or mass torts preferred)
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills; proven motion practice and deposition experience
• Experience with discovery management, witness preparation and trial support
• Excellent academic credentials; federal clerkship preferred
