Products Liability & Mass Torts Associate — Washington

Well-established litigation team seeks a mid-level associate to join its Products Liability & Mass Torts practice in the Washington office. The role focuses on complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation including MDLs and other large-scale matters.

Successful candidates will have hands-on experience across discovery, motion practice, depositions and trial preparation, and will contribute drafted pleadings, briefs and witness interview memoranda. Clerkship experience is viewed favorably.

• 4-6 years post-qualification litigation experience, with product liability or mass torts exposure preferred
• Demonstrated experience with motion practice, discovery management, and trial preparation
• Comfort preparing for and taking depositions and assisting at trial and arbitration
• Strong drafting and written-communication skills (pleadings, briefs, memos)
• Excellent academic credentials; judicial clerkships a plus
