Professional Liability Associate — Costa Mesa, CA

Seeking a litigation associate to join a professional liability team in Costa Mesa. The role focuses on defense work across professional liability matters with exposure to real estate and personal injury-related litigation, and opportunities to work with experienced trial counsel.

Ideal candidates will contribute strong research and writing skills, handle discovery and motion practice, and participate in trial preparation and hearings. This is a hybrid-role opportunity with a collaborative team environment and standard benefits.

• 1–7 years of litigation experience, with professional liability experience preferred (D&O, legal malpractice, E&O, A&E helpful)
• Admission to the California Bar required
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills; trial preparation experience preferred
• Ability to manage matters, work with insurance-defense clients, and collaborate with multi-office teams
