Senior specialist role supporting a busy notariaat/corporate practice in Amsterdam. You will lead the development, maintenance and dissemination of the practice group's know‑how: managing the knowledge portal and internal content, producing client‑facing updates, coordinating training and performing quality control on precedent and guidance.

The role works closely with fee‑earners, Knowledge Management and Innovation teams to build a coherent knowledge strategy and translate it into practical tools, web content and internal processes. There is scope to pilot and embed legaltech and generative AI solutions to improve efficiency and client service.

This is a hands‑on position with a high degree of ownership and collaboration across corporate and notarial workstreams. The role can be performed four days per week.

Minimum ~4 years' relevant experience in the notarial practice (additional experience an advantage)
Proven experience or interest in knowledge management and developing practice content and tools
Familiarity with legaltech and generative AI tools is a strong plus
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English; strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
