The role combines legal research and drafting with knowledge‑management, content development and delivery of client-facing tools and training. Key duties include keeping online guidance and a document library up to date, producing best‑practice guides and precedents, supporting product and process improvements, and delivering occasional training and limited fee-earning work.

This is a hands-on role for an employment lawyer who enjoys writing, presenting and improving lawyers’ efficiency through practical guidance and technology-led ideas.

Qualified employment lawyer with proven experience in UK employment law.
Excellent drafting, research and editorial skills; high attention to detail.
Experience designing or delivering training and producing client-facing guidance.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams; commercial and pragmatic approach.
Organised, IT‑literate and able to manage competing priorities; comfortable suggesting product/technology improvements.
