Senior Professional Support Lawyer role supporting a busy Employment & Pensions practice in Rotterdam. You will be the knowledge-management lead for the team, developing know‑how, producing practice materials and delivering training to fee-earners.

Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the knowhow system, drafting publications and internal guidance, conducting legal research for complex matters, and driving digital initiatives to make precedent and practice tools more accessible and efficient.

WO-opleiding Rechten (or equivalent) with 6–8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in Dutch employment and/or pensions law.
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
Strong editorial and drafting skills, experience producing client- and internal-facing publications and training materials.
Proven interest in knowledge management, legal research and practical use of ICT/digital tools to operationalise legal knowhow; proactive team player.
