Join a well-regarded London private client team as a Professional Support Lawyer supporting estate planning, trusts, probate and related tax work. The role sits within a broader private capital/private client grouping advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trustees and internationally connected clients.

The PSL will develop and maintain precedents, practice notes and guidance, lead legal research and updates, design and deliver training, and support business development and thought leadership. You will work closely with fee-earners to promote efficient working practices and the use of legal technology.

This is a hands-on knowledge-management role for an experienced private client lawyer who enjoys drafting, training and producing client-facing commentary, in a collaborative and development-focused environment.

Qualified solicitor or barrister with approximately 5–8 years PQE.
Proven technical experience in private client law (trusts, estates, probate and related tax).
Experience in a PSL, training, academic or knowledge role preferred.
Strong drafting, communication and project-management skills; able to distil complex points clearly.
Self-motivated, collaborative, commercially aware and comfortable adopting legal tech/tools.
