Join a nationally recognised real estate practice as a Professional Support Lawyer focused on market and legal knowledge for property teams. You will support fee-earners by producing thought leadership, guidance notes, precedents and training, and by monitoring legal and market developments that affect the practice.

The role involves creating and maintaining knowledge content, delivering training, advising on technical issues, reviewing and promoting precedents, and contributing to process and continuous-improvement initiatives. You will work closely with fee-earning teams and the head of client delivery to raise external profile and support business development activity.

UK-qualified lawyer with strong real estate experience (approximately 7 years' post-qualification experience).
Proven ability to write and present clear legal and market updates, guidance notes and precedents.
Familiarity with knowledge-management tools and willingness to develop technical KM skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and project/ time-management skills; adaptable and commercially aware.
Ability to travel to other offices as required.
