Apply in confidence →Seeking a Project Attorney to join a technology-focused transactions team that combines lawyers, technologists, and process experts. The role supports transaction workflows using machine learning, generative AI, and data analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy across contract review, due diligence and related transactional work.
The position is fully remote across the United States with frequent collaboration alongside deal teams, vendors, and clients. Responsibilities include project intake and staffing, workflow and budget planning, execution and documentation, and contributing to process and tooling improvements.
- Juris Doctor and admission to practice in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- 2–6 years' relevant experience, including project lead or supervisory roles on small and large teams.
- Experience with eDiscovery/document review workflows and technology-assisted review (TAR) preferred.
- Comfort using Gen AI, machine learning tools, litigation support and document-review software; strong spreadsheet and office-software skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong planning/organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
