Top-tier international project development and finance team is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Houston office. The group routinely advises lenders, sponsors and developers on complex energy and infrastructure financings, including matters related to the energy transition.

The role will involve drafting and negotiating financing and project development documents, advising on regulatory and commercial issues, and working across a global team of specialists to execute large-scale transactions. This is an opportunity to join a high-volume, technically sophisticated practice with significant cross-border work.

Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and active U.S. bar admission.
Approximately 3 years' transactional experience in project finance or energy/infrastructure development.
Experience drafting and negotiating financing, security and project development documents.
Strong commercial judgment, teamwork across disciplines, and interest in cross-border matters.
