A major corporate practice is hiring project development/finance associates from the class of 2018–2020 for its transactional team. The role focuses on project development and financings with significant exposure to M&A, debt finance and renewable energy transactions.

Successful hires will work across offices and teams; candidates may be based in Houston, New York, Los Angeles or Washington, D.C. The role offers hands-on transactional experience on complex deals within an established corporate finance group.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; class years 2018–2020
Prior law firm transactional experience (M&A, project finance or debt finance preferred)
Experience on renewable energy or infrastructure transactions a strong plus
Excellent academic record and strong written and oral advocacy skills
