Project Finance Associate — Energy, New York

Growing Energy & Infrastructure practice seeking a 3rd–5th year Associate to join the New York team; candidates in Washington, DC or Houston will also be considered. The role focuses on project finance and development, limited-recourse and structured financings across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Work will involve representation of corporates, financial institutions, private equity and institutional investors on financings and related transactional matters. The team welcomes candidates with core project finance experience as well as those with leveraged or other finance backgrounds who want to pivot into project and infrastructure work.

• 3–5 years’ post-qualification transactional experience; project finance, structured finance or leveraged finance experience preferred
• Outstanding academic record and law firm experience
• Admitted and in good standing to practice in the hiring jurisdiction
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus (not required)
