Projects Associate — Real Estate, Frankfurt

Seeking a projects associate to join a busy Frankfurt real estate team handling large-scale real estate transactions and development projects. The role focuses on construction, project delivery and leasing matters within cross-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating project and construction documentation, supporting due diligence and closings, and providing commercial advice through all stages of transactions. The team works on both domestic and international matters and offers exposure to complex, high-value real estate work.

• Qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent) with relevant experience in real estate, construction or leasing matters
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills on transactional documents and construction agreements
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate with cross-functional teams and support client-facing matters
• Strong academic background and excellent written and verbal communication skills
