Experienced finance associate sought for a mid-level role in the firm's Frankfurt finance team, advising on domestic and cross-border financing transactions. The team handles leveraged finance, acquisition financings, unitranche/private credit structures, refinancings and restructurings, syndicated facilities and security/intercreditor arrangements.

The role offers early client contact, responsibility on complex deals and close collaboration with international offices. You will join a global finance practice advising banks, debt funds, private‑equity sponsors and corporates on market‑leading transactions.

Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in finance/leveraged finance at an international firm or specialist boutique
Qualified German lawyer (both Staatsexamen) with above-average results
Demonstrable understanding of financing structures and commercial awareness
Very good written and spoken English; international experience (LL.M. or study abroad) advantageous
