Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (SRA) or Scotland (Law Society of Scotland).
Practical experience providing regulatory and commercial advice on large-scale projects, preferably including renewables or infrastructure.
Strong drafting, project-management and client‑facing skills; confident working in multidisciplinary teams.
Self-motivated, able to manage a varied workload and eager to develop sector expertise (energy, defence, transport or public procurement).
